ASC 7-SERIES A/C SERVICE UNITS

A/C servicing in a professional workshop is practically unthinkable without a modern, fully automatic service unit. The very latest ASC 7-series is extremely accurate and user friendly. It cleans and dries the recovered refrigerant as you would expect. In addition it has an integrated hybrid flushing system that removes any residual contamination in the hoses before being used. This allows you to avoid damage to the compressor, particularly on electric and hybrid vehicles. The ASC 7-series also has 4 separate scales for the different types of oil and dye that allows you to service and repair quickly and easily any hybrid and non-hybrid vehicle that might come into your workshop. This allows you to programme the machine to do what you want before you initiate the air conditioning service or repair.

Real-time LCD display and status bars

The new models are building on the long-term excellence of Waeco's Air-Conditioning Service Machines. The all-in-view display provides real-time digital pressure gauges, with an integrated status bar showing the progress of the each process such as recovery, vacuum and charging.

Conform to manufacturer standards

Most vehicle manufacturers now require you to use the correct specification of compressor oil and dye for their products. With our guidance we can ensure that the machines are supplied with the correct oil and dye for your particular use.

4 independent scales

An enhanced feature of the latest generation of service machine is the expansion to 4 highly accurate independent scales for compressor oils and/or UV additives for hybrid and non-hybrid vehicles.

Waeco Professional Oil system

By using the correct compressor oil and Waeco's patented professional oil system you will avoid humidity and water contamination. This means you can service any vehicle likely to come into your workshop to a higher and safer standard. We will supply you with the correct oil for your specific vehicles.

WiFi integration

All 7 series have WiFi connectivity built in, so you can programme the machine via a mobile phone or computer and benefit from real-time data.

Avoid cross-contamination

The quality and precision of the ASC 7-series means that you can ensure there is no cross-contamination between tasks and vehicles, meaning you will get things right first time and avoid all of the problems associated with contamination, such as compressor failure and poor performance.

Refigerant certificatio

The 7 series service units are certified for four refrigerants: the more commonly used R1234yf, R134a and R456A, R513A that may come onto the UK market, as drop-in replacements.

ASC 5500 G RPA

The ASC 5500 G RPA comes with an integrated refrigerant analyser. This will confirm if the vehicle you are servicing has contaminated refrigerant or is of the correct purity.
